The one-roomed flat, looking onto the isle of Asinara, is equipped with a large double bed and one single or a bunk bed, for parties of 3 or max. 4 people;

self cooking facilities for breakfast, lunch and dinner;
also towels, table and bedlinen are provided.

Guests can choose the “Formula b&b” only for breakfast:
in this case a supplement of 10 euroes per day and per person is required.

Both choices include the daily tiding up of the room or flat and a linen change every three days.

The two-roomed flat is furnished with a charming entresol looking onto Asinara , spacious dining room equipped with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a well-appointed kitchen for romantic dinner by moonlight; bathroom with bathtub and shower, single room with possibility of a second added bed, a spacious main bedroom with television set.

Private entrance, garden with an outdoor shower, private and free parking place, laundry.

The two-roomed flat provide the only “self catering and cooking formula” unless otherwise agreed. The only bedlinen is supplied; guests should provide for towels.
